This is the second time I have used your services and once again I have been very impressed with the turn around and communication from your company. I can,t fault your service. However if I am to make a critisism it would be about the postal service from the good old Royal Mail. As there was nobody home when the package was delivered we had to go to the local office to collect. The first time my wife went 26 hours later and after queueing for some 25 minutes with scores of other people was told that the device had not as yet been returned. I went the day after early and collected the passage. I was sadly disallusioned with the postal service as were lots of other people. I think you should either recommend that customers pay the extra for next day or maybe look for another Carrier. I must stress however I am extremely please with your repair service and would certainly recommend you. Best Regards John Birchall
